Meet the Team
Our services are provided by highly educated licensed professionals with extensive experience in real estate investments and property management, as well as the related fields of tax and accounting.
Our tax and accounting backgrounds have taught us that it’s all about the details, down to the penny. Many property management companies overlook the little details, or ignore what they perceive as burdensome rules and regulations. That’s not our style. These kinds of oversights can, and often do, lead to increased expense and liability for property owners. We pride ourselves on the attention we pay to details, which sets us apart.
Christian is a Washington State Multifamily investor and entrepreneur. He started Kensho Property Management with Hannah Caldwell to help better manage his 100+ unit portfolio. As the team developed systems and processes Christian and team expanded those services to friends and eventually clients in several markets in Washington state. Because Kensho Property Management has started by owners for owners we know how to treat your investment and your tenants like our own.
Hannah has been in the Washington State Property Management industry for 5 years. The last two years she has worked alongside Christian Osgood in building a local Property Management company. Hannah values many things within this industry, but most importantly thorough communication and transparency. As a Property Manager having these traits creates a partnership of trust and growth with owners and a lasting rapport with tenants.
I am the Designated Broker at BV Properties brokered by Multifamily Properties, a Washington native and third-generation investor with properties in WA, ID and HI. Investors gain a valuable partner when they decide to work with me. I am very knowledgeable about real estate investing and how to analyze the performance of rental properties. My expertise is in Multifamily and Single Family (house hacks, BRRRRs, STRs) properties, assisting clients in creating wealth through rentals. I track all active, pending and sold multifamily properties between Everett and Olympia, including the Kitsap Peninsula.
