Can you hold a place before I apply?
Units are not held unless there is an approved application on file. Upon approval the unit can be held for 7 days with the security deposit paid. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
Upon approval you will receive a move-in cost estimate that breaks-down your move-in fees. Standard move-in cost consists of the security deposit, prorated rent and administrative fee. Please note that each property has different regulations and rates when it comes to utility, admin and pet fees. Final move-in cost is determined once the application has been processed. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Security deposits are refundable based on the condition of the unit upon move-out. -
Who needs a cosigner?
Cosigners are normally requested if an applicant falls short on the income or credit verification. Cosigners are determined after the main applicant has submitted an application and screened. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
All of our applications are online which are found on our website within available units. -
How do I pay rent?
Tenants will have a resident portal where they will be able to pay rent by Debit/Credit Cards or Electronic Cash Payments (E-Check). -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Please contact your property manager to inquire if you reside in a pet-friendly property and discuss pet options and fees. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
Please contact your property manager to discuss your options. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Please contact your property manager to discuss your options. WA State requires a minimum 20-day notice in writing.
